Liberals and feckless judges can deny it, but the questions about Obama’s eligibility remain

Barack Hussein Obama, using eight different names, has failed to meet eligibility requirements for the office of U.S. President according to a 19 point challenge alleging he was born in Kenya to a Kenyan citizen and a teen age mother not old enough to convey U.S. citizenship. Democrat Attorney Philip J. Berg who filed his challenge to the nomination petition with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth on February 23, doubts in Argument 13 that “Obama ever held Natural Born Citizenship status!” Centering on the NBC clause, Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5, the eligibility challenge states that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack...

I don't have an answer.... do you?

Pfc. Douglas J. Jeffries Jr. – 20 Springville, CA – 2nd Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division One of two soldiers killed when enemy forces attacked their unit with a roadside bomb in Kandahar, Afghanistan, on September 8, 2011 I spoke with Doug's grandfather Steve Jeffries today at a local gas station and he asked me why a singer that died from a drug overdose rated flags lowered to half-staff statewide when all his grandson got was flags lowered to half-staff in Tulare county by order of the Board of Supervisors. Good question but I...

Homily for Oct. 2, 2011 (Steve Jobs was a choice for Life)

Since this is Respect Life Sunday, and the beginning of Respect Life month, I wanted to talk about one woman who did respect life – and her choice has made a difference in the life of virtually every person in this church. Her name is Joanne Schiebel. In 1954, she was a young unmarried college student who discovered that she was pregnant. In the 1950s, her options were limited. She could have had an abortion – but the procedure was both dangerous and illegal. She could have gotten married, but she wasn’t ready and didn’t want to interrupt her education....

Reifying Steve Jobs: Think different. Do better. And thrive.

Steve Jobs announced his resignation today as CEO of Apple, Inc. From that one little tidbit of information, we can foresee a long, slow roll-out of "news" content. Tonight and tomorrow we'll see the newsy stuff -- Jobs' biography, his history with Apple, his successor, the product pipeline and the financial portents of the whole interconnected circus. Tomorrow and later we'll have reaction pieces, starting with phony tributes and leading to phony trashings. The real ugliness will await the magazines -- paper, video and virtual: Steve Jobs was a brutal boss. Steve Jobs was a techno-pirate. Steve Jobs was unfair...

Steve Wynn Rips Obamanomics

RUSH: Steve Wynn was on the Fox Business Channel, the Cavuto show last night. Wynn was on the phone from Vegas. This is what he had to say about his employees and his business. WYNN: The living standard of my employees has been plummeting. The early results of Obamacare have caused our insurance to increase, our cost of medical, we self-insure, to go from 8% increase a year to 12, and for the first time since we built the business we had to increase the amount of copay of our employees, so some money has been taken out of their...

Obama’s ineligibility: Choosing political expediency over defending the Constitution

Note to the Republican leadership – if you continue to shield Barack Hussein Obama, knowing that he is ineligible for the Presidency and has possibly committed fraud and felony conspiracy, then, you are welcome to him for a second term. I will not stand with you. In my opinion, many Republicans have violated their oaths of office to support and defend the Constitution. Because of their cowardice or complicity in hiding the truth from the American people, there was a major failure to uphold the law. For that reason, they have forfeited their privilege to represent me. Compared to Obama,...

His name is “Steve Dunham”!

An intrepid citizen-researcher has confirmed that the man who goes by the name “Barack Hussein Obama II,” has an original vital record kept by the Hawaii Department of Health, which bears the name “Steve Dunham.” The citizen researcher began her quest, following two lines of research: 1) the fact that the name “Steve Dunham” appears in records associated with Obama’s alleged mother, Stanley Ann Dunham; and 2) the fact that Obama himself is said to have quipped that his middle name was “Steve” (as some of his followers know cf. YYouhan’s comment). The Quip The quip is recorded to have...
